This is the best I've found for a Phoenix - I prefer myths/legends to be more conceptual. Blending the wings and fire give it a familiar enough feel without being too specifically "fire" or "eagle". Although that may just be because "eagle" is a familiar and generic form? And the fire is more abstracted, which I like. I don't know, I'm not an art critic, but that's what this means to me.
Is this the highest res you have? I'm interested in buying it and making my own print. (Or ordering from here, I suppose.)
