The horse it's self is divine the only thing, like I said before is very miner, something that only a horse person would pick up on. It is the cinch. It is to far back for a front girth/cinch and to far forward for a back cinch. If the belly strap (cinch) was to be put there that tight, it would slip back and flank him, not to mention that you cant tighten a cinch up tight enough on the soft belly. A back cinch hangs, and has a small strap connecting it to the front Cinch/girth to keep it from slipping back. With armor that heavy it would have to have both. As for the bread of horse well with out a head its hard to say ..but I don't know that I would say Arab, its pretty heavy and any horse is able to flag its tail.. wish my Arab had a hip like that lol .
But that doesn't mater, the art work is wonderful.

nice. You really know your stuff, the owl and how its clutching the waxing or waning crescent and stars ,the bat your symbolism is refreshing and accurate. Even the cut out on the shield and the sudo cod peace is a fantastic touch. I can only find one thing that is insignificant and that's only because I'm a horse person. For what it is worth, I envy your talent and cant wait to see more from you.

I say, what is wrong with the horse part of his centaur? I think it has good structure, it even looks like the artist used an Arabian for its reference.

Ahh, I did see the girth, but it also seems to me that because of the angle the horse part is in, the girth seemed fine to me. Also, this is a centaur, perhaps he knows exactly where to strap his own armor.

perhaps he would .. and we really are splitting hairs here but even if it didnt bug his..(other belly?) it should be right up on his briscet where it wont chaff while moving.. the hole counter balance of the armor would slide to one side or the other.. even with a breast caller and a cropper. But with out one to try it out on I guess we will never know heheh.
Anyway Yes it is a pleasure, I dont get to talk horse much..comparativly speacking since I steped away from the show ring
