With the exception of work, I spend 80% of my time alone with my cat, which sometimes leads to dark thoughts and feelings which you captured in your image.

Now you have me sad. It's never good always be completely alone. (except work)
From time to time, being alone to reflect, refresh, renew and totally release is definitely necessary.
Everyone has dark thoughts and feeling. But, I can't image it's healthy to be there all the time.
