Konan from Databook 3 ^^It is her REAL clothes under Akatsuki's cloak ^^
Some information about Konan:
-Konan: "Yeah, she's obscene... but she wears clothes"
"I'd thought since the beginning to have Konan as the only woman in Akatsuki, so I tried to make her somewhat obscene, but...... In truth, she wears the Akatsuki mantle above that. And then, she transforms into paper right away..."
Konan: 169.4cm x 45.3kg (age unknown, bday 2/20)
-Shikigami no Mai: Konan's jutsu when she was floating in the air and her body transformed into paper.

That Outfit somehow looks quite elegant, i think. But I can't realy imagine her acting bitchy. It just doesn't fit her personality, as far as we have seen it untill now. Still, being a cold, solemn person who doesn't seem to know or care much about 'normal life' (She's not as emotionless and detached as Pein but enough so to never talk during akatsuki meetings because she propably doesn't see the need for it, for they will do what Pein ordered, anyway)
she'd probably not care whether her outfit is quite revealing or not. I still prefer her in the dress she wore in the end of the flashback.
