Description These were part of a much larger drawing assignment, having to make pieces that go along with a series of six words.
I made a series of three werewolves to go along with the word "Pure", each one showing a different method to kill or remove the curse of a werewolf. (Derived from original folklores)

These two were my favorite.

I'm not sure of the exact size, but they're pretty large, the one on the left is almost as tall as me.
Each one was cut out and is pictured as it was displayed on the wall during my critique.

India ink and watercolor on stonehenge paper.
The "fire" on the left one is tracing paper stained with fake blood.
Red yarn on the right one.

Nope! That one's based on some Serbian folklore (Though I think this was present in other regions as well..) about how to properly dispose of a dead werewolf. This method usually was only applied to undead werewolves, called vulkodlaks, which were either vampiric werewolves or just simply undead ones.

Anyway, this process has a lot of steps, but basically you end up with the head cut off and the body thrown into a river.

One of my favorite pieces of werewolf folklore.
