Tund's houseplant ran away because its been feeling neglected, so now Tund is trying to convince it to come home. After all, the houseplant is his only friend so losing it would be devastating! He promises to feed it nutrient rich plant chow and read it a bedtime story every night. I wonder if the plant will accept this offer.Β-------
Fun story about this piece. I intended to do it traditionally with markers but I messed up the background. It was beyond repair using traditional methods, so I had to fix it digitally. Traditional media can be so unforgiving!

This piece has an almost surreal feel to it. Also I find it quite humorous. Plants walking and running away? Makes me think of Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs 2 (the movie). Though, the characters have absolutely no resemblance to the characters of that movie. It looks like a dragon, and Yoda... No, maybe something out of Harry Potter (which I am not familiar with so much). I would say the shorter one is a looks like a character out of the Hobbit (which I truly enjoyed reading).
He's a good friend (the one trying to convince the other to come back. The atmosphere and background (which is included in the former) helps give off the surreal feel about this piece. I also find the story behind this very touching, as when I was younger I only had one friend.
All in all, this is a great piece that touched my heart, and is definitely something to look at. Keep up the great work
