Description To fully understand this story, we must start at the very beginning ... Hahaha

I purchased this jacket at a yard sale, made from real leather, almost in perfect condition, and excellent for what I had in mind, for the whopping price of a quarter. A. QUARTER.

I have done everything from taking the jacket in, adding chains to the front, hand-painting each individual patch and sewing them on the jacket, and glueing/wrestling with extremely fake, but doable "metal" rivets and beads to the collar etc. I believe I have almost every patch, I know there are at least two that I left out on purpose.

Mmmm, lemme see. The fringe is from a pleather (YUCK!) jacket I had orginially intended to use for the costume. I ripped that thing apart, and it worked very nicely.

I've cleaned up some of the messy looking stuff since I took this picture. I'm plan on making the pins and buttons tht litter the front of the jacket out of cardboard. Cheap, very cheap. But like everything else, it'll have to do. I've got at least five pins finished so far, and they dolook pretty convincing if I do say so myself

Almost done blabbering ... anyway. I intend to celebrate my eighteenth birthday in style! Lucky me, my birthday is Nov. 4th. Halloween weekend is double party-time for me. ROCKYHORRORW00T!!! Halloween and New Years are the only times that the theatre near me plays RHPS. Tsk. I vote for more frequent shows.

GAWRF! Why I am telling you people this ... ???

Thank you! This was my first time going out as Frank XD I need to get myself over to Rocky Cons and such ... none of that from where I'm from. I have a hard enough time finding a theatre! Maybe one day ...

As for being cold in the costume? Haha, I went out on Halloween and walked around the neighborhood scaring people - fun but I couldn't even feel my legs or feet. Left some pretty nasty blisters, those heels did!

The chick who was selling it must have known it was going to be put to good use. After all, she was selling FOUR copies of RHPS on VHS XD
