From the new DLC for Fallout 3, Broken Steel. Without spoiling too much, that's a Deathclaw now under my control (er, sort of) with me in the background in a new area in the DLC.I actually wrote a review for the new DLC, although it's more of a make it up as I go rather then a well planned one. I could post it if anyone is interested.

It's been a while since I played. About the best advice I can offer is to bring plenty of Stimpacks and if possible have Fawkes as your companion.
