Well it does look like a dragon, just like charizard, that;s a flying/ fire type. But I still like to see them as dragons.

I like the sad atmosphere here. Lugia is a very powerful Pokemon and I think it looks kind of weak here and I really like that. I like to see this different shape of Lugia.

I love love love love LOVE this. I'm a Pokemon fan, and usually very picky about 'realistic' Pokemon, but this is exquisite. If anyone else had done this, I would've complained about Lugia having feathers because that would be unseemly as it's the guardian of the sea and that's where it spends most of its time. Here, however, you've made it fit, you've convinced me Lugia should be feathered. Honestly I don't know what it would be if the wings had no feathers, perhaps a mix between feather and fish scale...anyway, I think I've made my views clear, but...

The idea was a seabird, because a lot of them are good swimmers and can swim underwater.
