This really hits a sweet spot of soft loli for me. Cocoa's got a nice body, but she's just undeveloped enough that my main reaction is still "What an adorable little girl." I can see how powerful her appeal must be to true lolicons, and for myself, I think "Let her ripen a little more, and she'll be totally hot *and* still cute."
