Did you use a flash for this shot? Also, what shutter speed is optimal for skateboarding or action photography? I really want to get into skateboarding photography and I have an 8mm Peleng fisheye lens for my Canon Digital Rebel.

yes i did use a flash.
the shutter speed depends, i use diferents shutter speeds. it depends what i want to get from the eviroment and the skater. so it depends the spot and the trick.
so the best way is to try and see if u like it.
