Well this is the final version, i personally like as has been done. I could have done a lot of things better, must learn to do various textures and landscapes, but i think it's fine for now.Related content

The coat looks good, Rarity looks good, and the background looks good. Which leaves the railing---which also looks good
My first thought seeing this was that "Rarity wouldn't wear white in a winter landscape like this; she'd blend right in! She likes to stand out!" But then I thought, "Maybe not: she'd wear what looks good, and this qualifies"
