First of all thanks you so much. Im going to try to explain you the pun.
In spanish language "sor" is the title that you receive when you become a nun (if you name is Maria, you will named Sor Maria) and second, the meaning of "presa" is "inmate", but if you read it all together ("sorpresa!") that means "suprise!"
