i like the shape of the upper body. the head tilted backwards adds some nice dynamic. i suppose the lower body needs some work though. well actually it looks ok like it is now, but it could be better (feet, knees, butt). positioning wise i'd spread the legs a bit more apart, now it looks a bit as if she's pulling her right leg across her body (haha, i'm not telling you to have her spread her legs right in front of the cam btw, that'd totally demistify the drawing). that and maybe instead of having her arms totally straight, bend em a bit at the elbow.
i suppose this serves it's perpose as a sketch very well, because thats exactly what it is, a sketch. with some work, shadowing and coloring it'll make a good drawing.
oh, and try to sharpen your pencil first before you start a drawing

Thanks for the comments - I use a pacer, so I don't think I could do much about sharpening the pencil. But your tips on the poses help a lot, thanks.

Interesting pose...I know I would have had trouble with the neck and head positioned like that. Good job.
Seems more angst than naughty, to me., though :: points:: &that woman's shoulders must be in pain. ;;o.o
