As a traditional artist I am amazed what you can do with a digital drawing board, this piece is very beautiful. I have a Wacom but I don't use it because it doesn't feel right to me. I want to be able to create pieces like this. anyways...
The perspective you used is well done, what I feel you need to work on is detail, shade and depth. When you add depth it really brings out the mood of the subject. Artists tell stories and reveal themselves through their art, whether conscious or subliminal, even if they don't mean to, the unconscious mind will work its way through.
The eyes are too far apart but you drew them beautifully, to me her gaze is strange but intriguing. I can draw anime style and realistic style, but meshing them together could be a base that you can work from to create your own style..
I hope you keep adding to this piece, you could add details in her wings and lines to represent the curvature of the staff she is holding.
