B-but what if you want to make some edits afterwards ;A; 

I sometimes finish a piece, and then realize I want to change something and go back to the psd OTL

Then that's the time I regret not saving psds.   

I can only edit stuff while making it haha. After saving, no more edits.

yes, yes! SAVE YOUR PSDS! 
I even save my psds on flash drives for even more security...though I may be a bit paranoid :'D
