King Shadowbeam: (offscreen) It was unexpected! I didn't have time to go to a motel!

King Midnight: (offscreen) A motel?! Like a fucking PLEBEIAN?!

(King Nightyshadow grabs his phone and puts earbuds playing "The World is Burning Down Around Me" to tune out the screaming as he strides down the halls of the Shadow Kingdom estate, stepping over the smashed remains of a plant thrown in his path.
