Oh god. I have an interesting relationship with this film. On one hand, I can't help but be attracted to it, just from a film making standpoint. For such a low-budget film to be so magnificently shot and edited and well done in general is truly inspiring. The ending fight/chase scene between the Salaryman and the Metal Fetishist (by the way, didn't Tsukamoto do a great job as him? That's probably the best crazy I've ever seen in a film.) alone is just so well done and filmed that the inherent creepiness of the film is easy to ignore.
On the other hand, for the rest of the film the inherent creepiness...no, not creepiness...utter terror of the film is just far too much for me to handle. I mean, I enjoy things like Marble Hornets, even if my sleep schedule suffers for it, but this is just...pure, concentrated insanity, and not even the fun kind of insanity like you see in some kid shows, this is Hannibal Lecter insanity. Hell, I haven't even seen the damn film and I'm terrified of it.
Anyway, great drawing. You really seemed to capture the feel of the characters, at least the ones that do turn into metal, just through the textures and details and colors. The face you used actually looks a bit like a bald version of the good ol' MF himself, in all his disturbing, messed-up glory.
And one last thing: You got the line wrong. It's "Our love can bring an end to this fucking world. LET'S GO GET 'EM! *BANG!* *VROOM!*" Best ending line ever.
