How did you make these? Is there any way I could do it?

I made the pattern by wrapping my hand in masking tape then drawing where I wanted the leather. I cut it off and put it on poster board for a cutting template. Using that, I cut out the leather, dyed and finished it, put straps on...

How long does it take to make something like this?

Anywhere from half an hour to 2 hours, depending on how much you want to do with them. Even longer if you want tooling.

Those are awesome. Out of curiosity how's the mobility in them I mean I know that leather softens over time and wear but, I'm just curious.
I might have to get some when I raise some money

Wrist mobility is restricted, even when the leather softens. I do recommend using a good leather balm once a month or so on items like these which are likely to cause mobility restriction to keep the leather supple
