My second picture of Harley Quinn, this time with her proper outfit that most people recognise. I like drawing her, because she just seems like a very lively character with poses and attitude and I prefer drawing characters with lots of expression and charisma instead of just a character who stands there with no emotions.So in this picture Harley Quinn gets the good news! Joker escapes Arkham Asylam! Yay

The expression is perfect and the coloring is just fantastic on this, Iβm also a fan of Harley. There are just a few notes I have about this.
The first and most noticeable is actually in the background behind Harley, there is a random glowing effect around her thatβs inexplicable. Removing that and keeping the shadowing matching the backgroundβs normal shading would be perfect.
Harleyβs nose is shaped a little oddly, it should be a tiny bit less rounded at the top. The farther away eye should also be a smidge closer to the other, not a huge amount but just a bit.
A small note- her cuff is shaped kinda weird, it gets a little too flattened on one side of it.

When I saw this, I looked upon Harley's expression first hand- and I'm glad I did. Because then I realize "Oh, what is she so happy about?" and I began to put together the picture and I enjoyed it all.
For your technique, I love the softness of the colors, I think it gives more of an effect to Harley's Happiness for the good news.
I am also glad you added something on top of the small TV, not only because it would've seemed imbalanced, but you put an adorably creepy Joker doll. Lovely touch. Although I do wonder about if there should be anything placed against the wall for a bit more depth... but then again, I like it empty because her face is right there to see and enjoy.
I have to say that overall you captured both the character(s) personality and your personal touch to it very well. :3

aww THANKS SO MUCH FOR THE CRITIQUE! You are the first person to give me a critique ever. I shall keep in mind those points and apply it to my artworks to come. I agree the back might seem a bit empty, I did wanna put a poster there or something, but I didnt know how to make it so it seems like its in the distant, for my old pics I usually just use a blur on it so it looks out of focused but that was for my old style, for my new style of coloring I aint sure if it would work because I didnt want any single blur on my work. I dunno I will figure out something.. but again thanks
