How's Luke supposed to friend him if he's dead?! Can force ghosts use social media because that would be pretty awesome? The prequels were sort of made for our generation (I grew up with them) but social media wasn't popular when they came out. The newest ones don't seem to have social media in them either, apparently people don't use it anymore in the future.

Except it's science fiction and obviously what the future is supposed to be like, including humans in space living on other planets. My theory is that it's supposed to be told further in the future than Star Wars takes place so to whoever it'sΒ being told to, it's supposed to be a long time ago, maybe to Luke and Leia's great-great-great-great-great-great grandkids or something or it's like a science fiction fairy tale or something. I think it's supposed to be a play on how fairy tales areΒ started "Once a Upon a Time far far away". It's just more proof that Lucas isΒ a giant troll. Β
