Description
Here is the final.When I began the color phase of this piece I happily stumbled upon the work from who is an amazing artist. I recall she had once done an inking and coloring of an older LUPIN III pencil I did and so I was greatly inspired by her style.

Very nicely done. I especially love the added detail to their costumes, like the lines of stitching that suggest they might be more than just a thin layer of spandex. Well done indeed.

thank you. Yes, I always find that when I add that little bit of detail it makes the costumes seem more authentic and real world. Interestingly enough after I did this and its been on deviant for a while, I noticed that the Robin on the new young justice cartoon also has similar stitching on his costume. Small world isn't it?

In an unrelated note, they said before the young justice show started that by episode 16 there would have been somewhere around 160 characters from the DC universe on the show. So i'm hoping we get to see a YJ version of Raven and Starfire. *fingers crossed

That would be pretty sweet. Raven's only ever shown up in any DCAU in the Teen Titans cartoon, and that's a shame, because she's a damn good character. I would have loved to have seen her in the Justice League, but maybe Young Justice will satisfy. By the way, have they started airing regular episodes yet? I watched the pilot when they released it forever ago but couldn't find out when they were beginning a regular run.

yeah, we are four or five episodes in. It airs at 7 on fridays. I loved JLU it was an awesome show. No cartoon series has had such a huge universe connected over the last 15-20 years. Batman the animated series, batman and robin, superman, bat man superman adventures, static shock, batman beyond, justice league, justice league unlimited and ....there was that one with the runaway robot from batman beyond...forgot his name. But all of those shows are connected in this huge universe. DC is amazing with their animated stuff.

Um. Oh damn. I know this one. Zeta... something? I can't remember, but yeah, it was a Batman Beyond spinoff. And it all started with Batman the Animated Series, which is pretty much my Batman canon, personally. 
Damn, I've missed that many? Might have to hunt the previous episodes down on the internet, catch up.
