the one I got was 2000$ I think. But its considered an old model now, you could probably get it cheaper used on ebay or something.

I would suggest the Wacom Inutos4 or 5. I had the graphire for many years, which was replaced by the bamboo, its OKAY but If you want a work horse I would go with an intuos. Its better made, has better sensitivity, the pen feels nicer, and has a lot of options hot key wise.
