I had to comment because I found it interesting that this is one of the few deviations I've seen of a female character where the breasts are actually rendered smaller than the original character's!
Not that she's NOT well-endowed here, but Joe Mad! has her spectacularly stacked in the actual book, no?
This is not at all a criticism; just an observation.
Actually, kudos to going counter to the usual tactic of making a heroine sexier.
True, she's scantily clad as hell, but that's the whole point of this drawing anyways, so I'm not going to bother going there.

The outfit looks like a good choice for the character, the gloves and dagger are a nice touch

Nice pencil shading there. If he wouldn't respond to the outfit suggestion, it was probably because that series has been dead and gone for years. Too bad, because this was like the only book I would read. Never was into comic books really.
