Description
This was my entry in Project Rooftop's latest contest: redesign Shadowman. I tried to make him a little more simple and supernatural, his body is covered in black paint and ritual ash that is shifting and coalescing like smoke or substantial shadows. His symbol is created by the combining shapes of ash on his body and the torn cloth around his waste. I tried to update the mask to combine the original Valiant mask with the new skull/death face. Eyes are blue to slightly tie in to the blue of the original costume. I didn't really know much about Shadowman until now, so maybe this is a bit too out there from his origin, but I liked some bits of it and thought I'd share.
