awesome, I like how you got the feel of Boba in it, rather then duplicate an existing form of him (pre-pro's, ESB, ROTJ etc).

excellent use of colors and line works, the composition is very daring and extremely dynamic.

I like the contrasting colors in the background which makes him stand out and not fade in with the colors. I like the fact that you combined two of the hardest medias to use (to me they are hard to use )
