Impressive shot. I like the lighting and the setup looks very professional.
Teh aftertouch however looks a little to artificial, I'd work with warmer on set light next time.

Though the rest of her is pretty darn gorgeous too of course.

The pose is engaging, and I love what you've done with the light, and the white background.
