I especially like the head and the hands. Those are hard to get right.
It appears to me that something might be wrong with the legs, her lower leg seems a bit too long and maybe the feet are a slight bit too big.
No big deal though!

... and this might be a bit of a personal preference and I guess it also might be part of your style but that black stuff irritates me a little bit. It's not so much the color but the form. It looks unnatural, somehow ... I think it would be awesome if you'd use some custom brushes. Even if it was just using a rectangular brush instead of a round one. I found that they can make many things easier, especially drawing foliage.

I found that the UGEE G3 is a great starter, and it's fairly priced as well on Amazon.
No frills, just straight plug-and-play. It's what I use right now, with SAI, and I found it works awesome.
