was the blur straight from camera or was that edited? Either way it's a lovely side effect which is fun to play around with, especially the camera.
On to the drawing, it seem to go out of the paper, few drawings really manage to do that for my eyes, so that's definitely a plus as I find that kind of effect cool.
Overall it's a lovely piece, although I'm curious to how you would manage to colour it and still keep the 3/4d effects :3 (Loving that hat <3 )

he draws them traditionally and then does the colors digitally owo i think he has a tutorial-ish thing somewhere in his gallery
