I started to watch Naruto, so I like it that I had to draw

seems like you always had a good technique. if you look just at the eyes/mouth/nose/hair/skin- it's perfect, but as a whole it looks friggin WEIRD! what the hell lol!

This may be Sakura or, as an earlier commenter said, Naruto and Sakura's child, although I would take it one step further and say it must be their daughter. As another commenter said, this drawing is distinctly feminine. I have been reading and watching Naruto in manga and anime since close to when it was first released and this is just not Naruto. Sorry. Naruto's face is blockier, cruder and squarer, but definitely not the smooth oval that you have here. Please try again. It would be fun to see what you come up with the next time around.
