I'm kinda wondering if there's a pessimistic theme or message behind this. It looks like what might be surveillance cameras are coming off the buildings near the top. The only word I can see is part of "only," and a pattern of white blobs near the upper left almost spells "only." The person appears to be walking carefully and almost nervously. The general futuristic/urban theme could of course be interpreted negatively, especially when showing a colorful skyline and a gray street/sidewalk.
