Yay! So this is the other one! She is based off of and is awesome, i think...

She is calm, happy, and friendly. Just about every Pokemon loves her, and even rival trainers seem to love her. She evolve's into a Flying type called Fastle.
She is usually found living solo, but will visit her close friends and relatives, the Entle's. She is closest to Qyxtle, but is also quite fond of Joatle and Noetle. Rosetle and her aren't as close though. Probably for their love of Startle.
Her special attack, Vent, is used when she is low on health. By speaking to no one inparticular about what she is angry about, she can calm herself, gaining a small amount of health and raising her critical hit rate. She can also use this on partner Pokemon in double battles by letting them vent to HER.
For some reason, she uses Vent on Qyxtle outside of battle.
She is a bit clumsy, but not as clumsy as some Pokemon. And she is very open to new ideas. She hates arguements and will try to avoid them at all costs.
