Micros are trying to get Harry's attention but it's difficult due to how small they are. One was on Harry's giant lip trying to survive without getting crushed or eaten. A plane flew dangerously close above his lips which is a huge risk as they could get eaten, sucked into his nose, or blown away. And one landed on his chin which may seem like a safe place until Harry starts talking which sounds like huge thunderous booms to all of them causing them to scream and cry.
