These are three characters I designed, same universe/country as Cyrus's story. They are licensed shifters working for the government. Left to right is Temperance, Radko, Hugo, and Drum. They're on the same team, as it were.I think Radko is my favorite, personally, he's adorable.
Anywho, just some sketches to familiarize myself with the lot :'o

Was it a conscious decision to make Temperance almost water tribe-esque in her physique and skin and hair colouring? I'm assuming she is the water elementalist since she's in blue. I find it very fitting, I'm just curious. Also I agree that Radko is adorable.

I don't think I had water shifters in mind at all when I designed Temperance. She just wound up with a darker skin tone and it stuck.

Does each colour mean a different rank or profession? And what exactly is a shifter? Are they just as they sound or is that the group they work for?

Shifter is the term their world uses to refer to mages, essentially. These lot are Elementalists, and each color uniform refers to their respective element.
