Will scrap this later since it's just a sketch anyways lols.I'm not usually the one who likes hetalia OCs (i usually stay away from them) but on some occasions i will get interested in some of them. The left one is the personification of Kowloon and i don't need to explain the one on the right anyways lol.
I'm totally not being biased that he's like a doppelganger to HK ahahahhahahaha (what)

I was wondering who was on the left until I read the description. That's a neat idea, coming up with an OC for Kowloon - I mean, a lot of people lump it together with Hong Kong Island and call the whole thing "Hong Kong", but they did come under the British Empire at different times, so it makes sense to have them as two different characters.

I saw somewhere...someone made an "evil twin" of Hong Kong aka Macau lol XD (in some Hetalia meme i think)
I like both concepts for Kowloon and Macau~ XD
(But if it were me, i would prefer Macau being a different character XD )
