Yami:This is my first scrap. I drew this during English and Spanish class the day before Thanksgiving Break. It is Gaara and Sakura! I love that coupling. I couldn't remember what Sakura's clothes looked like. It was the first time I drew her since I only usually draw guys.

This is pretty interesting.
They're faces look a bit off-model. Gaara's looks a little too flat, I think, and Sakura's just looks not-very Sakuralike. HOWEVER, I do actually like Sakura's face in this pic...Even though it's different from the original art, I think it looks pretty cool. The expression is nice, too.
The poses look really good, especially Sakura's. I like how you drew Gaara in that kind of sitting pose....the only suggestion I could make is that maybe the leg he's resting his arm on should reach a bit higher up. But I dunno.
The outfits look pretty good for the most part. The folds look really good, especially on their shirts, though I think on Sakura's black shorts they might be a bit excessive. Otherwise I think they look good and seem to fit well.

yeah, well I wasn't trying to make it look that great. I was just scribbling. There's a lot of things I don't like about this picture. Sakura's shoulders for example. I couldn't remember what Sakura and her clothes looked like to well.

...I lent one of my notebooks to a girl in my English class the other day so she could copy down some notes, and she was going to give it back to me after class. So since I have the worst short-term memory ever, I completely forgot. So I got it back today, and she was telling me how they were trying to find other notes from before, but were all like o___O;;; when they looked through it.
...cause see, that wasn't my normal notebook, but one I had used to doodle in in a vain attempt to keep my regular notebook clean of scribbles. So yeah, like 3 other people I don't know have seen a bunch of my silly doodles. .___.;;; I felt kinda -__-;;

Now see, if you did that on blank paper, colored it in darker, and made the grass more defined, I would've hugged you to DEATH. o_o

I think you should freehand it. Tracing takes a lot of time and might make the lines shaky. But yes, I like it. o_o
