Before anyone has a stroke: Pan and Tarble both are adults and this isn't the Tarble from the OVA, it's a different version that's waaay younger in my fanfic series.

The song Fall in Love by Deion Reverie is the inspiration here. The lyrics ARE Pan and Tarble's relationship. Especially the line "Show me you love me like you loved him". Pan was in love with Trunks for so long that Tarble has problems accepting her love in the beginning. I think he just doesn't believe it. She hurt him so badly that he feels like she could disappear at any second. It really messes with him inside. So anyway, this song just really made me think of them.
