A genderswapped clone of Danny Phantom created by a frustrated Vlad Masters. Apparently he screwed up and switched a chromosome by mistake creating a younger girl version of Danny.

She's almost as powerful as the real deal, but her only weakness is that she can't use her powers to thier fullest extent (yet) because if she does, her molecules destabilize or something and she melts into ecto-goo.
