Description
Here's another pokemon transformer.Skarmory.
The "Steel Wings" act as blades to chop stuff.
He sided with Entei in the war.
OK, Skarmory's neck becomes his chest, his arms pop out from where the wings are. His head is hidden in his chest and is rotated in place when in robot mode. And his legs just extend.
( I sorta got inspired by Transformers Animated "Blurr", but more recently, I realized he kinda reminds me of Bayformer's Sideswipe aka "ATTACK OF THE SCISSOR CAR")

His head design makes me think of Swoop for some reason.
