If they ever make a Good Omens movie, I'd like to see Aziraphale played by Sean Astin (Sam from Lord of the Rings) and Crowley played by David Tennant. Based on his performance in The Color of Magic (movie adaptation of The Color of Magic and The Light Fantastic), Astin would be a great choice for Aziraphale's personality.
Tennant would make a good Crowley simply because he's so very good at that sort of manic, thrill-seeking, no-nonsense-unless-it's-his-own sort of character.
Tim Curry should be somebody important, but I'm not sure who. He would probably make a good Shadwell, but I'm not sure that's the best role to put him in.

...But then you have the issue of spontaneous fanfiction involving Time Lord demons or hobbit angels. Which would be, frankly, terrifying.
