Another fan made gym leader:I just love Ken Sugimori's style so I wanted to reproduce it on an original character. My style is still recognizable though orz
Guess what type she is a gym leader of tehe~
I plan to create a lot more Pokémon characters~ And I also plan to create the sprites for them.
Edit: I found a name that might suit her, it's Kureha ♥
I... just... I TOTALLY LOVE THAT NAME.
Edit2: Updated with an alternative outfit. Since the left one is a bit too complicated.
Edited the colors for the one on the right, tehe.

Actually, now that I really think about it, she looks a lot more like a Genus Sonority character. Like she could've been in Battle Revolution.

WHAT IS RIGHT AND LEFT? -lifts feet to count-
Well, the darker outfit does look Psychic-like. I have no idea how but it just has that certain feel to it. -v-

One on the left looks ghosty, one on the right looks psychic-y.
For some reason I'm imagining an identical-twin ordeal going on. (But I know they're the same character!~)
Love the hair, love the giant circular bow-things, and of course love the purple. Yay purple!

I'd go with the dress on the right and the hair from on the left. You need a bit more contrast to break up all the black, I think
