this is a great stylization of the character. i see some capcom elements as well as some chinese comic influence as well which is great.
ken's left arm musculature bugs me a little though. his shoulder and that set of muscles look a little flat and i think should contour more to the trunk of the arm a little. his forearms look a tad thick as well, giving him almost a popeye look. i also think you made his clothing a little too baggy. to the point where ken almost appears fat and a little short especially in the leg area. i like the wispyness you've made his belt and ponytail and i think his hair on his head should be treated in a similar way. right now it looks like there's a contrasting style in the hair on top of his head being very spikey, and the flow of his ponytail. while his left fist doesn't look all that bad at all, i think his right hand needs a little work. the fingers look like they're missing a joint (fingers have 3 knuckles, not 2) and the way they connect to the hand should be reworked a tad. reference some hand books, or heck use your own hand as a model in front of a mirror to really figure out what's going on there.
