Cyber is uh. a thing

Notes for my Works:

He is known to the 0-series as the experiment who kicked off a severe lack of funding and an agreement between Jumba and Hamsterviel to start small when it came to function, and old photos of him are scattered around the lab. Since he was in prison for so long, the very concept of things like family is nothing to him but an annoyance...that is until he tries coming back to Earth for revenge.

Because of course he does

Cyber starts to track down the most powerful experiments he can find to convince them to join his army...aaaaaand unfortunately, goes for Heat first, which alerts Hammerface and the rest of the 0-series. They wind up cornering him and Ani and Yuna, being Ani and Yuna, attempt to get him to think about what he's doing. Cyber brushes them off until Stitch and Heat point out his army is technically his family, which flusters him so much that he starts questioning what would determine one in the first place. He does agree to leave, but mostly to find the remnants of his cyborg army and to go off on his own. He also tries to reenter the interdimensional location he entered during his fight with Stitch, having met a strange experiment there with a connection to Jumba.

He starts to have some second thoughts about his original goals when he meets Kasumi, whose cybernetics were fitted without her consent. This upset him enough to demand 627 turn over every detail of her creator he had, but 627 didn't have enough, and Kasumi was too afraid to tell him anything (instead just asking him what he'd do with the information). He still denies he cares about any of the experiments, but does stick around to check up on Kasumi's condition and hand over new information on well. his former community of galactic warlords

Cyber is usually pretty callous and self-centered, but he does have some standards, and those mostly revolve around bodily autonomy. To him anything from a mind control helmet to unconsented modifications is a horrific violation of it, and he's gotten into the habit of intimidating and threatening members of the evil genius community who may be considering it. This includes Hamsterviel upon finding out what he did to several experiments (complete with hugging Hammerface, who was mortified). He's a big fan of customizing assistive tech and cybernetics, and got very happy when Kasumi showed him her new eye. He mostly comes around for her, offering pointers on cleaning her tech and fixing it should it malfunction.

He actually gets along with Clyde of all people, though for the same reasons. He just knows what goes into cybernetics and wants people to get as much help as they would need for them

He is still not a great person to be around, having a hatred for Stitch for defeating him and seeing the rest of the 0-series as beneath him; he's very patronizing towards them and likes giving very gory details about his exploits, and spends a lot of his time rebuilding his (now retired) army and deciding what he wants to do next. It's not retaking the galaxy, but it's not. good either (at first). He never really does reach his answer, but does eventually manage to pull the experiment he found earlier out of the interdimensional space she's been trapped in. It's the last thing he does before deciding he's done enough, and he retires himself to just watching what's left of his army after returning her to Earth (and Jumba) and getting an alteration to decrease his destructive programming
