Description
A little tutorial about how to create good looking, smooth gif, without much problems. This is really one of the easiest things in the universe to do.If you have any questions about the tutorial, PM me, I'll try and answer to the best of my abilities.
PS. I have 3GB of RAM in my PC, and that's not enough for me most of time.

i mean if someone made a base for a gif then make my chara in it how does that work

You can't make a base for a gif. If you want to animate some character, you have to draw/make that character move on each frame. This is simply to show how to make animation when you have all the frames. If you don't have them, you have to make every single frame.

Well, Photoshop IS the BEST graphic program out there. Using anything else is quite like eating a soup with a fork. Not very good at it.
About the RAM 2GB will be enough to make that animation of yours a lot better
