Obsidian Reaper and his dark goddess Salem

Short story

Obsidian (no older then 8) was wondering around the ruins of his once beloved castle all the while crying over the death of his parents and wanting revenge, until someone decides to catch his attention.

Obsidian: Huh?...wh..whos there?

(Salem comes out from the shadows)

Salem: Do not fear little one, I am here to help you.

Obsidian: Wha...what do you mean?

Salem: I Know who it was who killed your family, and I wish to help you exact your revenge on the people responsible for their deaths

Obsidian: Why would you help me? what do you have to gain from helping me?

Salem: (kneels down) Because little one, you and I share the same enemy. I want them dead as much as you do.

Obsidian: Then who are they?

Salem: There were three familes that destroyed yours, The Cross, the Rosenkruez, and The Draculs. However the Draculs are the ones who dealt the final blow, and murdered your parents.

Obsidian: (gasps) Y...You knew my parents?

Salem: Indeed i did, In fact i warned them of these three familes, but it would seem my warning was for not. That is why i'm here, to give the last of the Reapers a second chance to avenge your fallen family and parents.

(Salem holds out her arms towards Obsidian)

Salem: Come with me child, I promise you you'll have your vengence and much more, but only if you serve me as my soldier. so what do you say?

Obsidian: (cries a bit)...

(Obsidian runs into Salem's arms and cries into her chest. Salem comforts Obsidian and calms him down)

Salem: (in her head) Perfect, everything is going according to plan. Go ahead Obsidian, let it all out, because once we get back home your training begins.
