Description
I went alone to the Underworld. Slavers were kidnapping young devils and trafficking them to distant cities. And the moment they hurt a close friend of mine in the city of Schirran, it became personal.

No support from my friends... I was alone. Quickly making my way into the slavers' lair, I found a small demon inside a cage, possibly starving. I couldn't leave it there to rescue it later; something coming from it... spoke to me, like... a primal connection to this small devil. I understood what I had to do. I let it out of its cage and I... I connected with it.

The light surrounded me, and I was now... this. I already had demonic magic with me for a long while, but this new body... this new form... it was like I was BORN with said magic.

This looks pretty permanent... My vocal chords, my muscles... even my brain feels different. I am still me, but... it's like the little devil changed some wires in it. I like it. I literally can't imagine going back to being... well... what I was before this connection.

My moment of awe is interrupted by the lash of a whip, followed by cries and shouts. I shake my head, clench my claws, and run deeper into the lair.

I will purge them in flame...
I will have my vengeance...
THEY WILL KNOW WHAT TRUE HELLFIRE IS.

This is an Istrala TF commission for . I definitely enjoyed the story he came up with for this one; so much so that I went ahead and added in the background to fully flesh out the image.

We're on the home stretch now. Just a couple more commissions and then it will be time to get back to Moonlight Angel. I'm really excited. Hope you like these in the meantime!
