is still ill and in great pain. I drew up another picture, dedicated to her, to help her feel better. I've said for the longest time that I was going to make Ryo's new King Armor design so I finally got to doing it.

This armor design isn't wholly my own. I was greatly inspired by and his drawing, "Pyriael - Armor". I asked for permission to use that basic design, and he said "help yourself". So, yay!

This is, obviously, Ryo after he's happily married to Princess Zelda. By virtue of marrying her and given he's the Son of the Goddesses, he was crowned King. He rules over Hyrule with Zelda at his side. This doesn't mean his adventures stop though. After marriage, they face even more dreadful enemies... including Envvi, Ozwin Warlock and the diabolical Vvortox. (If you wondering, "Isn't Vvortox future Ryo's villain?" Then I answer, yes he is. But where do you think he started? Vvortox is centuries old by the time Lil' Ryo sees him.) Ryo and Zelda have two kids, the elder and curious son Raphael, and the younger and adorable daughter Serenity. Even they get involved with adventures involving evil strikes. With Ryo and Zelda at the top of the ranks, Hyrule swings into a golden age that laughs in the face of evil's threats.
When their long reign is over, the next in line - King Raphael Atrineas - errects a statue in honor of his parents, of their image. Below it is writing which says:
"King Ryukenden Atrineas and Queen Zelda Hyrule Atrineas
We will always remember your reign with joy in our hearts"

Ryo and Zelda don't actually die, though. The Goddesses didn't wish for them to taste death, for Ryo had already and Zelda was too pure to let an awful thing happen. So when it was time for them to leave the world, Ryo once again changed to his Fire Deity form, this time in the fullest and perminant sense. Zelda was transformed into a gorgeous ArchAngel and the two of them left for the Heavens.

Ryo was gonna have his sword, but I think in times of peace, his item would be a scepter. With his strength, he could still whack someone unconcious with one strike, I think.
