Just a little comic gag, inspired by... season in my country. Indonesia only has a couple of season: Summer and Rain. And, in my surroundings, it seems that Mother Nature is upset or confused, because in a day, it could change from a hot summer into a typhoony rain, in a summer season, or vice-versa. The weather can change drastically, making me wonder if I should dry my shirt outdoor or not. I can't believe any weather forecast -_-In Indonesian, rain is read HUJAN (read: HOO-JAHN)

LMAO!!! Poor Ryuu and Skifi. Well at least in your country the weather has some sense of sanity. Here in this part of Mexico, the weather is always the same: CRAZY!! It can be blistering hot in one minute, then you have rain pouring one side of your house while the other is still nice and shiny. THEN it can drop to sheer cold for an instant before getting all hellishly hot again.
Awesome comic, Ryuu. Very funny, with a lot of expressions that really make you howl in laughter. The words are very well chosen too, saying what you need to say without oversaturating the strip with talk.
You both look funny and cute when you're soaking wet.

Thx. Uhmmm... about cel shading in non-complicated way. Actually, may be i just happened to shade it in a right spot. Good shading in wrong spot isn't really a furrfect match either. In contrary, simple shading in right spot can be a good one (anime scenes are made from simple cell-shadings, aren't they?).
However, it just needs training to feel that spot. In case you want to be better about it, you can ask me anything. I might help you.
ABout some wet stuff, it's just a bit of extreme shadings and softened edges in some places. About rain texture ... ... just noise some gray heavily and make Blur>Motion Blur few times, depends on how hard you need it to be.

Oh, I just cel shade the places I would darken in a regular smooth gradient shading... I guess there is not a 100% perfect rule to know where to add the cel shade, it's maybe a matter of common sense... but if you think different and you have some kind of wise tip, let me know....
