Description

I had these pokemon drawings for a long time so it was time to show them.

The first is a redesign of the evolutionary line of Vanillite, I know that Vanillite was one of the most criticized pokemon of the fifth gen, and also when pokemon based on inanimate objects took all the criticism, however, it is not so bad the idea, in addition to the fact that it was the first pokemon created by James Turner, the current art director of the franchise, and I did not find the idea of a pokemon based on ice cream bad, what if it was bad was its evolution, first it is a bigger ice cream and then a two-headed ice cream (what is this? first generation?) I feel like they missed a great opportunity of how the evolutionary line should be, since they could make the idea of a double ice cream cone, but with a ball on top of another as it should be, and for Vanilluxe it would be a triple ice cream cone that forms a snowman, it would make much more sense and it would look better.

And the second is a redesign of Mega Salamance. The idea came to me when I saw the episode "Small" of Mao Mao: Heroes of Pure Heart, the monster in this episode obviously looked like a giant Shelgon, and the one that transformed into a dragon, obviously looked like a Shelgon evolving into Salamance, I see Since his shell formed an armor, I thought this is what Mega Salamance must look like, why? Because a concept of the megaevolution is to represent well its entire evolutionary line, for example, Mega Tyranitar has a face on his chest that looks like Pupitar's face and the silver part of his twenty-third turns red like Larvitar, and Mega Metagross looks like a Metagross fused with a Metang, making sense since Metang looks like the combination of two Beldum and Metagross the combination of two Metang. As for Salamance, I always knew that the always visible detail in its evolutionary line is the shell, Bagon has a helmet on his head, that helmet becomes a shell similar to a chrysalis when it evolves into Shellgon, and Salamance emerges as a butterfly with remains of the breastplate on his belly. But I feel that A Salamance with all the armor of his evolution forming an armor would better represent his mega evolution.
