...Yes, it is safe.
The only thing you have to do is to click that big yellow button that says "megaupload". It will take you to a new window. Then, just... enter the code it gives you and click "download file". Wait 45 seconds.
Then, right-click the button that says "regular download" and save the file.
That's it.

You just have to drag a music file to Miku's head. It should work then.
But apparently, sometimes it doesn't work...
